Exchange Policy:

Exchange requests may be placed within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 98187 78348 or email us at labelsakshinayyar@gmail.com.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. The item should be unused and unwashed. Once the product is received by us, we will be happy to initiate exchange post successful quality check.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Items which were customised for size cannot be exchanged.

Return Policy:

In case you must return the LSN product, kindly place return requests within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 98187 78348 or email us at labelsakshinayyar@gmail.com.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. The item should be unused and unwashed. Once the product is received by us, we will perform a quality check and initiate your refund after deduction of Rs. 200 logistics fee. The refund will be in the form of store credit that you can use anytime, across the website, with one year validity.
